Discretion is the first language of our practice. Every conversation, every visit, every drawing is treated as private from the outset — before any commitment, before any name is spoken.
How enquiries are received
A first message reaches a single principal of the studio. It is not circulated, indexed in a shared inbox or visible to administrative staff. We acknowledge personally, and a private exchange begins — often by encrypted email or, when preferred, through your advisor, family office or personal representative.
We are equally comfortable working through intermediaries and directly with the principal. The choice belongs to you, and it can evolve at any moment in the relationship.
Non-disclosure from the first conversation
We are accustomed to signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any substantive exchange. We can also sign yours — drafted by your counsel — without negotiation when the wording is standard.
The NDA covers the existence of the dialogue itself, the address, the brief, the documents shared and the identities of the parties involved on both sides.
Secure correspondence & restricted access
Client information is held in a restricted, encrypted environment located in the European Union. Access is limited to a small group of named principals and the senior architect carrying your project. No external contractor, marketing agency or third-party tool ever receives your identity, your address or your documents.
Visual material is shared through expiring private links, never attached to general correspondence. Physical documents are couriered by trusted carriers. We never store payment information, and we do not retain analytics tied to identifiable individuals.
Publication only with your written consent
No project appears in our portfolio, on our website or in the press without your prior written consent — granted address by address, image by image. Several of our most significant residences will never be published, and that choice is honoured indefinitely.
On request, we maintain unattributed case studies — no name, no address, no recognisable view — for clients who would prefer the work to remain entirely private.
A single, trusted interlocutor
One senior principal of the studio is your direct contact, from the first message to the handover of keys. They orchestrate every other interlocutor — design team, contractors, artisans, authorities — so your project keeps a continuous, recognisable voice and your information remains in a closed circle.
For clients who prefer it, the entire relationship can be conducted through a named advisor or family office representative, with the principal remaining available on request.
