Confidentiality & discretion
Discretion is the first language of our practice. Every conversation, every visit, every drawing is treated as private from the outset — before any commitment, before any name is spoken.
How enquiries are received
A message sent through our contact form is recorded and forwarded by email to the studio, and an acknowledgement is sent to the address you provide. Within the studio, it is read only by the people who need it to reply to you.
We are equally comfortable working through your advisor, family office or personal representative, or directly with you. The choice belongs to you, and it can evolve during the relationship.
Non-disclosure agreement on request
Before a substantive exchange, a non-disclosure agreement can be put in place on request — ours, or one drafted by your counsel, which we will review.
Its scope (the existence of the dialogue, the address, the brief, the documents shared, the identities of the parties) is agreed together before any sensitive information is exchanged.
Technical providers & confidential documents
Like any website, ours relies on technical providers: website hosting, processing and storage of contact requests, and email delivery. They handle the information you enter in the form only to provide these services.
For this reason, please do not send sensitive documents — plans, photographs of the property, identity or financial information — through the initial form. Describe your project in a few lines; the appropriate channel for confidential documents is then agreed with you before anything is shared.
Publication only with your written consent
No project appears in our portfolio, on our website or in the press without your prior written consent — granted address by address, image by image. Several of our most significant residences will never be published, and that choice is honoured indefinitely.
On request, we maintain unattributed case studies — no name, no address, no recognisable view — for clients who would prefer the work to remain entirely private.
A single, trusted interlocutor
One senior principal of the studio is your direct contact, from the first message to the handover of keys. They orchestrate every other interlocutor — design team, contractors, artisans, authorities — so your project keeps a continuous, recognisable voice and your information remains in a closed circle.
For clients who prefer it, the entire relationship can be conducted through a named advisor or family office representative, with the principal remaining available on request.
